Frequently asked questions
I'm an international applicant living in Thailand. Can I apply here?
Yes. Every page is available in English — switch from the language menu. Use your passport number instead of a Thai ID number, and pay the fee with a Thai banking app or at any Bangkok Bank counter, like every other applicant.
Can I apply to several programmes at once?
Yes, with the same account. Each application is separate and has its own fee.
I paid but my status has not changed
We confirm payments from the bank's file, which takes 1–2 business days. If it takes longer, contact us with the Ref. 1 number on your pay-in slip.
I don't have an English test score yet. Can I still apply?
It depends on the programme. Check the round's detail page to see whether a score is required.
I want to change my application after submitting
You can't edit it yourself after submitting. Contact us — if needed, staff will reopen only the part that must change.
I didn't receive the verification email
Check your spam folder first, then request a new verification email from the sign-in page.
