All Account Controls in One Place
Manage your account profile, login credentials, and security preferences easily by visiting /account/settings. Here is a quick breakdown of all 8 panes:
- General:
- Update your first name, middle name, and last name displayed in the system.
- Your login email cannot be changed directly in the interface. Please contact staff if you need to update it.
- Password:
- Change your login password by providing your existing password and setting a new one.
- Sign-in methods:
- View, link, or unlink sign-in methods (Password, Google, LINE).
- Social accounts can only be linked if their email matches your registered account email.
- Security:
- Review your sign-in history and critical account security events (such as password changes).
- Sessions:
- View all devices and browsers currently signed into your account.
- Spot an unfamiliar device? Click the button to revoke all other sessions immediately.
- Activity:
- Review the activity and usage logs for your account.
- Your Data:
- Overview of personal data collected, retention periods, and your statutory rights under PDPA.
- This page does not provide self-service download or deletion buttons; please contact staff through official privacy policy channels.
- Danger Zone:
- Sign out from all devices or deactivate your account.
- Deactivating your account disables future sign-in access, but does not immediately erase submitted application records.
Account Security Best Practices
- Keep Your Password Secret: Admission staff will never ask for your account password.
- Check Active Devices Periodically: Make sure only your own phones and laptops are logged in.
