Adding Standardized Test Scores

For programs that require English proficiency or academic test scores (such as the BIR International Program):

  1. Select Test Type:
    • English proficiency: TU-GET (PBT / CBT), IELTS (Academic), TOEFL (iBT / ITP)
    • Academic aptitude: SAT, GSAT
  2. Enter Official Scores:
    • Enter your overall composite score and component subscores (e.g., Reading, Writing, Math) exactly as shown on your official score report.
  3. Test Date & Validity:
    • Test results must not be older than 2 years from the test date to the application deadline.
  4. Minimum Score Requirements:
    • If your entered scores fall below the minimum announced threshold, the system displays a friendly warning. Check if you have another valid score report that qualifies.
Please note
Always enter accurate scores matching your official reports. Submitting altered or falsified scores results in immediate disqualification.

Document Checklist & Upload Specs

Scroll down to find the upload slots for all required supporting documents:

  • Each requirement clearly displays its accepted formats (such as PDF, JPEG, PNG), maximum file size, and maximum number of allowed files directly below its title. Please check the specific rules on the screen.
  • Total Upload Quota: A progress bar above the documents and scores sections shows how much space you have used out of your total quota. If you are running out of space, consider deleting unneeded older files or compressing files before uploading again.

Pro-Tips for Fast Uploads

  • File Too Big?: If your file exceeds the limit allowed for that requirement, use PDF compression tools or reduce image resolution before uploading.
  • Naming Files: Use simple English names like id_card.pdf or transcript.pdf. Avoid special symbols like #, %, or &.
  • Always Verify: After uploading, tap "Open file" to make sure every page is crisp, legible, and right-side up.
