General Application Questions

1. Can I apply to more than one program in the same round?

Yes, you can! As long as you meet the eligibility criteria for each. Each program requires a separate application with its own Applicant ID and separate fee payment. Just make sure your interview schedules do not clash.

2. Do I need to re-enter my profile when applying for another program?

Not at all! Your personal profile, addresses, and academic background are saved in your account. When you apply for another program, your information fills in automatically.

3. Can I apply if I haven't graduated from high school yet?

Absolutely! If the program accepts current high school seniors (Grade 12 / Mathayom 6). In the education section, choose "Currently enrolled", enter your GPAX for completed terms (e.g. 4 or 5 semesters), and upload a student status certificate.

4. Can my parents fill out the form for me?

Parents may help with data entry, but all personal details, National ID numbers, photos, and statements must belong to the applicant. The registered email and phone number should be accessible directly by the applicant.

5. Why is the "Work Experience" section missing from my form?

The work experience section only appears for programs that specifically require professional employment history (like Master's or Doctoral programs). If you are applying for an undergraduate program, this section is omitted by design.

Documents and Test Scores

6. How long are test scores valid?

Standardized test score reports (such as TU-GET, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GSAT) must not be older than 2 years from the test date to the official application closing date.

7. Why did my file upload fail?

The most common reasons are:

  • File size exceeds 5 MB (or 10 MB for portfolios). Try using a free PDF compressor.
  • Unsupported format: only .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, and .png are accepted.
  • Unusual characters in file names. Try renaming your file with simple English letters like transcript.pdf.

8. Can I use non-English characters in file names?

We strongly recommend using simple Latin letters and digits (e.g. id_card.pdf, portfolio.pdf) to make sure files open reliably across all devices.

Submission and Fee Payment

9. Can I edit my application after clicking Submit?

No, you cannot edit submitted data yourself. Once submitted, your application is locked for evaluation. If you made a critical mistake, contact admission staff immediately for assistance.

10. What is the difference between Applicant ID and Applicant Code?

  • Applicant ID: E.g. TMIR202701050001. Issued right after you click Submit; used as Ref 1 for payment and for staff inquiries.
  • Applicant Code: E.g. 69010042. Issued after payment and document review; acts as your exam seat number and result lookup code.

11. What are Ref 1 and Ref 2, and where do I find them?

  • Ref 1: Your unique Applicant ID.
  • Ref 2: Program and admission cycle code printed on your Pay-in slip. Scanning the dynamic QR code fills these in automatically. If paying at a bank counter, verify they match your printed slip.

12. I paid my fee; why has my application status not updated?

Payment status updates to "Paid" within 2–4 business days, as the system reconciles payments with daily bank reports. If your status has not changed after 4 business days, have your payment slip ready and get in touch with our team.

13. What should I do if I transferred the wrong amount?

If the transfer amount does not match the exact fee, automated matching will fail. Keep your transfer receipt and contact admission staff with your Applicant ID for manual reconciliation.

14. What if I paid the fee twice? Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund for duplicate payments. Prepare your receipts for both transactions along with a photo of your bank passbook page, and reach out to our team through the Contact Us page.

15. Can I still pay after the deadline has passed?

No. Once the payment deadline passes, payment QR codes expire and unpaid applications become void.

Accounts and Email Troubleshooting

16. What if I didn't get the verification or notification email?

Check your Spam or Junk folder first. If it's still missing, request a fresh link at the Resend Activation Email page.

17. If I deactivate my account, will my submitted applications be cancelled?

Applications are not deleted immediately upon account deactivation, because the university is legally required to preserve admission records for official audit and fairness review.

18. What should I do if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen or visit Reset Password. Enter your registered email to receive a password reset link.
