Application Fee Payment Methods

After submitting your application, head to the payment page (/apply/[id]/payment). You can pay using two simple methods:

  1. Scan QR Code via Mobile Banking:
    • Open any Thai mobile banking app and scan the PromptPay QR code on your screen.
    • Reference numbers and the exact fee amount are filled in automatically. Verify and confirm the transaction.
    • Super important: Always save your digital payment transfer slip as proof!
  2. Pay-in Slip at Bank Counter:
    • Download and print your official Pay-in slip on A4 paper.
    • Present the slip at any Bangkok Bank (BBL) counter nationwide.
    • The bank teller will stamp the slip and hand back the applicant copy for your records.
Important
Payments must be completed before the stated deadline. Once the deadline passes, payment QR codes expire and unpaid applications become void.

What Are Ref 1 and Ref 2?

When paying at a bank counter or manually entering reference codes:

  • Ref 1: Your Applicant ID (e.g. TMIR202701050001).
  • Ref 2: Program and admission cycle code as printed on your Pay-in slip (e.g. 25690101).
Please note
Do not swap Ref 1 and Ref 2, and never use someone else's Pay-in slip to pay your fee. Doing so prevents automated matching with your application.

When Does Payment Status Update?

Payment status updates to "Paid" within 2–4 business days after your transfer is completed.

  • The system matches payments with daily bank settlement reports on business days.
  • Once matched, your status updates automatically and a confirmation email arrives in your inbox.
  • If your status hasn't updated after 4 business days: Have your payment slip ready and notify our staff via Contact Us for manual verification.
