Document Checklist

To keep things smooth and avoid switching back and forth, have these digital files ready on your phone or laptop before you jump in:

  1. National ID Card or Passport:
    • Thai applicants: Clear photo or scan of your valid National ID card.
    • International applicants: Clear scan of your valid Passport photo and information page.
  2. Formal Photograph:
    • Color photo in school uniform or neat attire, facing forward without hat or sunglasses, taken within the last 6 months.
  3. Academic Transcripts:
    • Graduated: Complete official high school transcript (e.g. 6 semesters).
    • High school senior (Grade 12 / Mathayom 6): Official transcript up to current term (4 or 5 semesters) plus a student status certificate.
  4. Standardized Test Scores (if required by your program):
    • Official score reports (e.g., TU-GET, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GSAT). Make sure your score is still valid on the application closing date.
  5. Program-Specific Requirements (if applicable):
    • Portfolio, recommendation letters, or employment records depending on your chosen program.

Supported File Formats & Sizes

Make sure your files match these requirements so uploads go through without a hitch:

File TypeAccepted FormatsMaximum Size
Applicant PhotoJPG, JPEG, PNGUp to 2 MB
Transcripts & Score ReportsPDF, JPG, PNGUp to 5 MB per file
Portfolio / Supplementary FilesPDFUp to 10 MB
Tip
Name your files with simple English letters and numbers, like id_card.pdf or transcript.pdf, to make sure they open smoothly on any device.
Please note
Double-check that your scans are clear and easy to read. Blurry or cut-off documents will be rejected and sent back for revision, which can delay your admission review.

Email and Payment Preparation

Besides your documents, make sure you have:

  • Personal Email: Use an email you check regularly. Avoid using temporary school emails that get deactivated after graduation.
  • Payment Method: A mobile banking app capable of scanning QR codes, or access to a bank counter to pay with the Pay-in slip.
