Checking Your Results
On official announcement dates, you can check your status in two easy ways:
- Log in and open your application, or visit
/apply/[id]/result. - Or click "Check Results" in the top navigation bar.
- The portal displays your official evaluation result.
Two Key Announcement Phases
Most admission cycles involve two sequential result milestones:
1. Interview Shortlist / Exam Eligibility
- Shows whether you are "Shortlisted for Interview / Examination".
- If shortlisted, you will see your exam hall, building, room number, or online meeting link.
- Remember to bring your original Passport or National ID card and your printed application form on exam day!
2. Final Admission Offers
- Offered Admission (Admitted): Congratulations, you're in!
- Waitlisted: You are on the reserve list; if primary candidates decline, waitlisted applicants are offered seats in rank order.
- Not Admitted: Your scores did not meet this round's cut-off.
What to Do Once You Get Admitted
If you receive an offer, complete your confirmation steps before the deadline to lock in your seat:
- Undergraduate Programs: Confirm your seat through the university registration portal or central clearinghouse as announced.
- Tuition / Confirmation Deposit: Submit required confirmation fees within the designated window.
- Official Enrollment Dossier: Submit your original graduation documents and certified transcripts to the registrar.
Important
If you fail to confirm your seat or pay the deposit before the deadline, your admission offer will automatically be forfeited with no possibility of reinstatement.
