When Can You Print Your Form?

The "Print Application" button unlocks once both of these conditions are met:

  1. Payment status is confirmed as "Paid".
  2. The system has assigned your official "Applicant Code" (Seat Number / Candidate Code).
Please note
If your status is still "Pending Payment" or awaiting payment settlement (within 2–4 business days), the print button will remain disabled until payment is verified.

How to Print

  1. Log in to your account and open your application or visit /apply/[id]/print.
  2. Click "Print Application".
  3. An official document layout opens in your browser:
    • Make sure your photo, personal details, and assigned Applicant Code are clearly visible.
  4. Print on standard white A4 paper, or select "Save as PDF" to keep a digital copy.
  5. Sign your name with a pen in the applicant signature area at the bottom.
