1. Applicant ID (Application Reference)

  • An automated transaction code generated the moment you submit an application.
  • How it's used:
    • Acts as Ref 1 for fee payments across banking apps and bank counters.
    • Quote this number whenever asking our admission staff about your file.
    • If you apply to two programs, you will hold two distinct Applicant IDs.

2. Applicant Code (Candidate / Seat Number)

  • Your official university candidate number assigned once payment and documents are fully verified.
  • How it's used:
    • Printed on the official application form that you bring to the exam hall.
    • Used on seating charts to locate your exam room, building, and desk.
    • Used to look up your rank and scores on official merit lists.
Please note
Official exam eligibility and result announcements list candidates by their Applicant Code, not their Applicant ID. Make sure to note down your Applicant Code once assigned.
