Form Layout and Progress Tracker
Once you choose a program, the portal opens your application workspace (URL format /apply/[applicationId]):
At the very top, an interactive Progress Stepper shows exactly where you are and what is next:
- Personal Information: Profile details, address, and emergency contact.
- Education: School background, study track, and GPAX.
- Work Experience: (Shown only if required by your specific program).
- Scores and Documents: Test score entries and file uploads.
- Questionnaire: Program survey and motivation prompts (if applicable).
- Review and Submit: Final summary screen before official submission.
Tip
You can click completed steps in the top progress bar anytime to review or make changes before final submission.
Automatic Draft Saving
No need to worry about dropped Wi-Fi or a dead battery — auto-save has your back:
- As you fill in fields and upload files, your progress is automatically saved.
- If your browser closes or connection drops, simply log back in and pick up right where you left off from your dashboard.
- Your application stays in "Draft" status until you complete all sections and click the final submit button.
Please note
Applications left in "Draft" status are not submitted for evaluation! You must finish all steps and click Submit before the deadline passes.
What is the Yellow Revision Banner?
After submitting, if admission officers find that an uploaded document is blurry or unreadable, they will send a revision request:
- A yellow alert banner appears at the top of your application form, telling you exactly which file needs updating.
- Simply upload a clearer scan and click Submit Revisions to return your file for review.
